v3.0Latest31 July 2026

Request-It 3.0: A New Look, 8 Languages, and a Smarter Stage

The biggest release yet. Request-It now speaks 8 languages, wears the new your-music.live design head to toe, and brings a redesigned home page, artist mini-sites, a proper set-list editor, referrals and AI song suggestions, alongside a deep sweep of live-session, payout and request-counting fixes.

What's included

  • Improved

Request-It now speaks 8 languages (English UK & US, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Turkish) with full locale routing across the app.

  • Improved

Brand-new home page: a performer-first pedalboard scrapbook with real app captures, a live-now strip, and storytelling that adapts to whether you're an artist, a venue or a fan.

  • Improved

Everything reskinned to the your-music.live design system: public pages plus flat paper-and-ink artist and venue dashboards.

  • Improved

Artist pages are now proper mini-sites: photo galleries, video embeds, themed accents and custom colours, a songbook preview and a next-gig countdown.

  • New

New unified session wizard: go live now or schedule later, public or private, with Tips Only and DJ/Background Music modes.

  • Improved

Set lists got a real editor with draggable section headers, free drag-and-drop arranging and quick-add chips, plus AI-powered "Suggested for you" song ideas in the songbook and live console.

  • Improved

Referral links with an Amazon gift-card draw, and a shareable end-of-session social recap card.

  • Improved

Live screen rebuilt with iMessage-style request bubbles, swipe verdicts and a livelier tip jar; sessions now end gracefully with a tips-only wind-down, a keep-open prompt and a five-minute warning before the scheduled end.

  • Improved

A smarter fan request flow: punctuation-insensitive songbook search, album art on one-tap picks, and played or declined songs marked clearly.

  • Improved

Songbook Learn List turns recurring fan requests into a list of songs worth learning, and song sheets now autoscroll at a sensible default.

  • Improved

Working language and currency settings in the dashboard, and search engines finally get the full picture with proper sitemaps, canonical URLs and share cards.

  • Fix

Fixed Tips Only sessions being able to turn tips off. Tipping is now enforced at the database level.

  • Fix

Fixed request totals disagreeing between Past Gigs, Analytics, Earnings and the social recap. One counting rule everywhere, kept in sync transactionally.

  • Improved

Payout status now reflects what Stripe actually reports, reconnecting a revoked account works, and "Find me" no longer suggests non-venues.

v2.2.221 May 2026

Pre-Gig Request Visibility

A quality-of-life fix so artists can see fan requests before they go live. No more flying blind into a set.

What's included

  • Fix

Fixed advance requests being invisible until the artist launched their live session. Artists can now view submitted requests from the dashboard for any upcoming gig with advance requests enabled.

  • Fix

Fixed request tests that were failing due to stale payload expectations.

v2.2.126 April 2026

Smoother Tipping and Faster Browsing

A small but mighty patch: tip-with-request flows are tighter, the homepage loads quicker, and your songbook stays safe when reorganising set lists.

What's included

  • Fix

Fixed tip-with-request payments so the success screen only appears once both the tip and the song request have been confirmed.

  • Improved

Improved homepage load times by streamlining how live and upcoming gigs are fetched.
